Communion The Podcast

Where brunch meets mysticism, and nothing is too sacred or too messy to bring to the table.

Think of Communion as what would happen if Church showed up with the faith and the stories…
and Brunch showed up with the bubbles, the cheese board, the warmth, and the people you actually want to sit next to.

Because truly — no one brunches with people they don’t like.

Communion is a podcast for the Collective.
A place where we sit down, sip, and speak the truth of what it actually feels like to navigate spirituality in real time.
The beautiful.
The messy.
The mundane.
The miraculous.
And all the murky in-between moments that don’t get posted on Instagram.

Here, we commune with the good, the bad, and the confusing — and we let it all drip into the same pot of shifting perspective.

We ask questions like:
✨ Why did we ever start labeling experiences as “good” or “bad”?
✨ Should we try the didgeridoo with the set of tibetan singing bowls?
✨ Am I really leaving my husband based on what I saw in my Akashic records reading?
✨ Should we bring the ceremonial cacao, mushroom chocolates, or ayahuasca to our girls night ceromonying?

Communion is the raw, unfiltered look inside a spiritual life.
The mindsets we’re unlearning.
The rituals we’re trying.
The synchronicities we’re feeling.
The shadow spirals we’re navigating.
The epiphanies we’re anchoring.
The intuition we’re learning to trust.

Nothing is too weird.
Nothing is too woo-woo.
Nothing is off-limits.

This is where we talk about the real stuff — the things you only share with your most trusted friends over food, laughter, and champagne.

Whether this becomes a table for two (you and a cohost) or a rotating table of guests, the vibe stays the same:

Slow down.
Pour a glass.
Speak your truth.
And let’s commune.
